Heidi is doing very well - her last vet appointment was at 3.5 months and she weighed 38lbs! She's a big girl and a ball of fun.  We have her in obedience class and she's learning very quickly.  She attracts the attention of so many people everywhere we go.  Last weekend we took a trip east of the mountains to Leavenworth, WA where they had a parade featuring the Bernese Mountain Dogs.  We weren't in the parade, but went to watch.  She was a big hit and got to meet many other BMDs including some really big ones!! We had a great time.  Next weekend, we'll head to the beach where she'll get her first taste of salt water (hopefully not literally) :)

She really is a great pup and we are so happy with her temperament.

35 lbs @ 3 1/2 mo.

6 mo. and what a tail! We assume that she is going to put all those pieces together in a year or so! Watch out though...her daddy had the same problem and he certainly "GREW" into his tail!   Thanks for the pix!

This is Cheyenne's first day at home in Sunny Southern California.

Already an experienced explorer!

Fortunately, she fell in at the stair side of the pool.

I think she may actually like the pool, but we have her separated by a fence for safety now.

Her first night at home was amazing!  She and Rocky played hard and then slept just as hard.

She didn't get up until I fed her at 5 this morning and even then she went back to sleep for 2 more hours!  We'll see what tonight is like after she's had a day to recuperate from her travels.

It didn't take long for them to figure out that this is the stuff they were made for!

I think we are out growing the scale!

It snowed yesterday...but spring is trying to come through again today.

Play time!
